National Community of Practice Expands

The National Community of Practice (NCoP) for Supporting Families welcomed five new states in September 2019. UMKC IHD Projects Collaborate for Health Events

The Missouri Disability and Health Collaborative (MODHC) and Missouri Family to Family (MOF2F) teams brought their skills and knowledge together to offer a Charting the LifeCourse for Health (CtLC) event on March 22. DD Network Launches Missouri Consortium on Supported Decision Making

UMKC IHD specializes in developing partnerships for effective social change.
