Derrick Willis Wins Diversity Award

Derrick Willis of UMKC’s Institute for Human Development recently received the Multicultural Council Award for Leadership in Diversity in recognition of his employment, education and leadership programs aimed at urban and minority youth with and without disabilities.

Willis was presented his award at the Association of University Centers on Disabilities annual meeting.
