Amelia Reighard has been with the Institute since 2013, primarily serving within Missouri’s University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD). She brings over a decade of experience in qualitative research, program evaluation, and project management. Her work has focused on community-based research and statewide systems change, with particular emphasis on adult abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

Amelia holds a Master of Social Work (MSW). Since 2024, she has served as Director of Program Development for IHD, where she leads efforts to secure funding for innovative projects and programs that advance the Institute’s mission.
