In the course of our nearly 50-year history, the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Institute for Human Development (UMKC-IHD), through its research, outreach, training and information dissemination, has touched the lives of thousands of individuals with disabilities and their families. Our work is as varied as the individuals we serve.
